Oh I did! I waited 10 to 15 minutes for the cookies too because the store was busy so when they got to me they told me they were out of the mini wedding cakes that I ordered (I went specifically for the minis on Monday) so I was disappointed having to wait 15 minutes just to be told there was no minis then I get 2 big cookies with ZERO raspberry. I was pissed and when I got to work I immediately messaged Crumbl's support for a refund. Absolute bullshit. I went this afternoon for mini cornbread and they only had 3 fucking minis. So tired of their bullshit. I bought cookies from Stuffed Cookies and have those in my freezer to eat instead of buying Crumbl.

So I've never personally ordered their cookies but when I see these posts I always want to ask, don't you guys open the boxes before leaving? If i paid that much for cookies I wouldn't leave until I made sure we were all good, like with mcdonalds I always check before I leave (yes I know not the same thing) but it's the same kind of concept. Because that's horrible they did this. Even if someone's s/o picks up their cookies for them, you don't have them open it before leaving the parking lot when the cookies are 5 dollars a piece?

There have been plenty of posts where the customer is presented with cookies that are messed up, and when the customer says, "Hey, these cookies are messed up." And the employee presenting the cookies closes the box and pushes it over, saying,"I can't do anything. That's how they are." Not the exact words but pretty much the gist.

My location seals the box before handing them to you if you order pickup through the app. However this specific order was delivered like this and also ordered through the app
