do you REALLY want to feel like that
if so, can i get a warm cookie, add cookie butter filling, add powdered sugar, light sprinkles
uhh…
two shortcakes, a mini of the first cookie and two milks, i’ll pull around
also, since i’m at the window already i would like a pup cup as well
and a FREE water, and extra napkins, hold the straws, and extra sauce packets for some reason
Can't hate on the pup cup though! My dog starts licking his lips, so to speak, when we get in line!🤣
I wouldn't consider myself a complicated customer though-- but you tell me? Grande blonde roast or pikes peak (some stores around me don't have the blonde), 6 stevia, and nonfat creamer, also I do ask for a stirrer stick since they moved them behind the counter (sometime during the past year since i quit drinking coffee last June but recently started again)-- so I HAVE to ask now--so I can mix my collagen in the car haha. But they don't know that, I should probably just grab a bunch from Sev(711), where they are not behind the counter, and keep in my car.
Idk, maybe I'm more complicated than I think, but I do always order online though so the only thing I ever have to actually ask for is a pup cup (and a stirrer stick).🤣
But honestly we do really appreciate the pup cups!
If I were approaching from a customer perspective, I think it's a stupid idea as well. I would rather have only large cookies with more flavors over large & small with fewer flavors. And I think more people would buy large cookies if there was a deal if you bought 2.
I noticed more stores (like mine) have been having issues keeping stuff in stock when we have minis available. With only two ovens per store, it's difficult for stores to run multiple baking times and keep everything in stock.
l think crumbl is just doing too much. They either need to invest in larger stores or reevaluate. If you can't afford to pay your staff and you can't afford to expand stores when it's desperately needed (we have ONE table), you can't afford to make changes.
There's gonna be a mass quit, I just know it. Very scared the higher level management is going to begin laying people off before they can quit, or even laying people off during their 2 weeks and/or preventing people from leaving in droves.
Lol fr. Im expecting major closures in the next year or two. Too many stores doing too damn much. Gonna be hard to keep stores fully staffed when every city has one
Also, I don't hate the idea (mine lol) of minis only. Ditch the chocolate chip every week, so over that, I'd honestly prefer the classic Pink every week, rather than a rotating chocolate chip.
I was just talking about this to our store manager (shift lead here), we have a relatively small store because we're on the corner of a strip, and we don't have enough room, people, or ovens to have everything done and stocked all the time, especially opening shifts. They have us coming in one hour before we open, 2 hours on mini mondays, and even with the extra hour we can't do everything that needs to be done to have all the cookies out of the oven and ready by 8am 😭. I got this job to get my foot in the door for baking, and I think it's time I move somewhere else where employees are actually cared for and treated well.
Some stores only have one oven, as well. This is not gonna work out and corporate will only have themselves to blame when everyone quits and stores no longer have the business to keep their employees paid
As a customer, I 100% support getting rid of the minis. I tried the minis once, and I've ever ordered them again. You can't fit most of the goodness into a mini, there's just too much going on with the big cookies.
If your mom likes milk chocolate chip, I've seen some copycats, and the best milk chip is Guittard. It's really expensive, but if you want to treat her, it's really good.
If you're not familiar with baking, though, I encourage you to use a different brand your first few tries. My fave copycats are from lifestyleofafoodie.com
Edit: If she likes semisweet, use lifestyleofafoodie.com's recipe but just use cheap chocolate chips & a good brand of chopped chocolate bars!!
Yeppp I realized this week that my favorite cookies are the cool and unique flavors. Cornbread, dirt cake, waffle, mallow sandwich… it’s fun because you wouldn’t think of making a waffle into a cookie. Now they’re just making the real versions with the LTOs. I don’t want an actual strawberry shortcake, make a strawberry shortcake inspired cookie instead
that is why i do not buy those lto’s now. even if i don’t add anything to their profit or sales, if i can not purchase that item to show support for the cookie version, i will. because honestly they taste better as cookies imo. i also don’t want to pay the extra price. crumbl is expensive enough. I don’t have $6 for a little cake, sorry 🤷♀️
No LTO's for me either--if I want a small cake treat, I'm hands down going to Nothing Bundt Cakes! And I'll pay $6 for their bundlets-- but they are bigger than crumbl lto's. I'd also wager there prep/baking process is ALOT simpiler-- and they do have alot of varieties, also if you're in their e-club they have been having either a B1G1 or B2G1 every other week!
My favs are Red Velvet, Confetti, and Vanilla. Carrot & Lemon are pretty good as well! They have a 2 week pop-up flavor through 7/14 called almond wedding bliss (my store was out today though 😢) that looks delicious. They also do seasonal ones, lemon raspberry is the current seasonal.
Honestly can't say I've ever had one I didn't like.
I make strawberry shortcake with pound cake or angel food cake, depending on my mood. I was disappointed to see its just yellow cake. I can make that better at home. I would have liked a strawberry shortcake cookie also, that's unusual.
They used to have one! A shortcake cookie not the strawberry cheesecake either. It was similar but a different base I believe.
Yeah on my review post, I talked to someone about the yellow cake and that’s when I realized it’s angel food cake that I was expecting too
Yeah that’s kinda the whole appeal of crumble cookie I feel like. They made different desserts/treats into cookie form.. and I always thought it was so cool. like you can go to any dessert shop or bakery to get the real thing!!
me too! and a lot prefer the cakes and their other treats and not the cookies. sucks about the price increase for stuff that isn’t a cookie. looking at you rice krispy bar SPECIFICALLY. how can they think it’s worth .99 more than a cookie? lmao
yep, our manager told us this morning and idk which idea i hate more
one LTO is already so much labor, but TWO and then keeping the minis on-hand all week?? 😭
been with crumbl since february and i swear every month it gets worse, minis every week is such a fucking mistake. they’re trying to be relevant again and i get the monetary aspect but our checks aren’t changing for the amount of work we’re doing and it’s really upsetting! i’ve got coworkers who have been with crumbl for 3 years and they’re getting tired of it too.
I wish you the best of luck! Been looking for full time graphic design jobs for months and all I get is scams or rejections. I’d love bakery job though
I wish you the best of luck! Been looking for full time graphic design jobs for months and all I get is scams or rejections. I’d love bakery job though
If you have social media, I encourage you to look through them! There are plenty of smaller businesses emerging that may hire you. I worked with a company (they're now nationwide & in stores) & was offered a position through there. Wish I had taken it, but I had rejected it since I was still in high school, lmfao.
Looks like I’ll be saving a lot of money with less cookie choice you’re talking 2 new cookies a week and forget about a favorite cookie coming back it would take forever
The LTOs were fun at the beginning when it seemed like they were more rare, or a surprise I guess. Now it’s expected. Dont get me wrong, I loved cinnamon square, tres leches, carrot cake, and absolutely adored the toffee cake, but come on now…
...But I like cookies.
If they do this, they better start having a three pack instead of 1 or 4, assuming one of the 4 cookies will be a chocolate chip variant. I can get cakes a lot of places, I'm definitely a cookie person.
This is what I’ve been saying too! And cheesecakes.. I haven’t been able to recreate the cookies but I’ve made toffee cakes, plenty of fun cheesecakes, cinnamon rolls… etc. but I probably won’t make a cornbread cookie unless I’m feeling real creative
I can’t remember the last time I bought a 4 or 6pk @ Crumbl, and I used to buy them weekly for a few years. Now they’re lucky to get me in the store to buy 1 or 2 cookies a month. Too much repetition, too many great cookies turning in to LTOs, and they’ve totally lost their uniqueness.
Lol we have no choice, no one is allowed to book it off. We have to work the 4th. Which is silliness because it's not busy usually and we close early so it's not like you're actually going to make every employee work? 🤷♀️ I get Friday off though. Stoked about that 😆😆
Ughhhh I’m so sorry. But yay Friday! My manager said this week wouldn’t be busy too… uhh yeah totally the opposite
Although we haven’t sold a single family sized strawberry shortcake yet😂
Lol mine also said it was going to be slow this week
So very wrong
And unlike the full sized toffees (which we sold...2? The whole week? ) we are selling about 3 or 4 a day. So. That's cool I guess? 😆🤷♀️
This is fucking bullshit. I WANT COOKIES. if I want cakes I'll go to a mom and pop bakery. I feel for you workers to. I keep telling people if crumbl sticks with cookies the workers would have it a little easier. But NOOOOOOO hear comes the mob. "UM EXCUSE ME I LIKE CAKE, AND, PIES, RICE CRISPIE TREATS AND BLAH BLAH BLAH". ok I'm calm now.
I was hired the week of the Rice Krispie treat but didn’t work, that thing still made me angry 😂😂 I did wash the pans it was baked on… let’s just say getting marshmallow treats off of baking pans takes a lot of scrubbing
Hahahah oh I feel that! Dishes can be a good way to get away from customers tbh but then you have to imagine me, a five foot tall small woman, hoisting the giant Hobart mixers into the sink… makes me feel pretty beefy for a second before I realize that took a lot of effort 🤣
Does ANYONE know why they stopped making Pink Sugar Cookie a permanent cookie? Now the permanent cookies are "Chocolate Chip" and "Semi-Sweet Chcoolate Chunk"! I hate it!
I thought the announcement was something like “we listened to your feedback!” Implying it was customer driven.
What they *should* do is rotate a staple cookie each week - semi sweet, milk chocolate, pink sugar, then maybe a cookie butter or something. Ideally, each staple cookie would be out for one week of the month.
With a chocolate chip and upcharged LTO every week, it doesn’t seem worth it. It’s rare I even like four of the cookies offered each week and I don’t want to settle for chocolate chip just for the sake of filling the box. I prefer variety.
Is it possible to unionize franchises? I'm actually ignorant about them since I live in a right to work state, even though I'm pro-union and in an industrial union.
But yeah, solidarity!
My husband can’t have a lot of saturated fat due to his cholesterol, so the minis are the only reason we still go to crumbl. Less calories, less fat than the full sized cookies.
Plus, we think the minis taste better than the regular sized versions. A lot of times the regular sized versions just taste like the cookie base and the taste of the toppings is hardly noticeable. With the minis, everything is in better proportion and taste so much better.
Enough with the stupid minis! They look terrible and I have no interest. I’m ok with the LTOs, but don’t let it jeopardize cookie spots. But whatever, let the company crash and burn
This is freaking ridiculous. So I guess no hometown picks to replace mystery week anymore? Only 3 different cookies every week!? And you know now with two LTO’s they’ll be basic af. No thanks.
I definitely loved that one too. Don’t get me wrong, the LTOs so far have been good! But the excitement was gone when it started becoming a weekly thing, and now two is just too far
For sure, you all definitely need more help or less work to do. Every Crumbl post I've seen talks about how bad staffing and pay are with the company. The strawberry shortcake is decent but I would kill for that toffee chocolate cake lol
Am I the only one that doesn't care for the LTOs? Why can't it be its own thing if it has to be anything at all. I'm here for the cookies, not two cake things and only 4 choices of cookie with one being chocolate chip.
They should just have the chocolate chip ones as minis. It has to be such tedious work to ice and decorate them as it is. At least chocolate chip doesn’t need extra work.
The LTOs are such a turn off. The upcharge is annoying, we all know employees aren’t getting paid more because of it. I don’t necessarily care about the $1-2 it’s the principle of it. I understand charging extra if somebody is just getting the special cake or whatever they’re doing. I’m a sucker for smart pricing so if I was into the LTO and a cookie or two offered that week I’d just get a 4 pack, but I’d never buy it alone.
I want cookies! The pie and cheesecake cookies are so good, I don’t want cheesecake from them. If I wanted overpriced cheesecake, I’d go to Cheesecake Factory. If I wanted a little cake, nothing Bundt cakes is popping up all over by me. Or I’d go to a bakery and get a cupcake.
Crumbl makes it easy with their cookie cutter (most stores sell those, you can also check online). But it seems so wasteful to eat just a quarter of a cookie, not like it (or just don't want it anymore) and toss the rest.
I like the large. I cut them in half or a quarter (if I want more than one flavor at once). A half a large is perfect, filling and I don't get a stomachache. Ounce for ounce, more economical.
I would rather have 8 cookies in rotation every week rather than LTOs, if they are trying to add more options. Or just do the 6 cookies and bring back mystery week
Technically you’re right. They’re just calling them LTO to distinguish them from the cookies I’m assuming.
We have a weekly survey but I doubt it does anything
Yeah I guess that makes sense. It’s a category for non-cookie 🤣
Well that sucks if they don’t listen but then again I work in corporate and do a few surveys and I feel like it goes on deaf ears.
i’m redacting my comment after glancing at the spoiler thread 😂😂 it’s entirely possibly i had misunderstood the information given to me/it changed since my store was told anything about it
I feel like Crumbl hates their employees
it’s beacause they do! hope this helps ❤️
LOL
it feels like I work at Starbucks now, if that helps explain it
I used to work at Starbucks, left that mess to something calmer... and now crumbl is starting to feel just like it!
Dominos is chill if you like pizza
Dominos is not chill.
Well guess I can only speak on my location, making pizza is just mind numbingly easy no matter how busy it gets
Papa John's seems chill whenever I carryout, granted it's usually at like 5pm on a weekday.
I’m an assistant manager at Crumbl, I 100% get you
My GM told me I’d be her AGM and then told me she couldn’t have an AGM, so that’s fun 🙃
probably would cut her paycheck if she put you on
My store cut shift leads/assistant man. because of the pay increase in California so there’s a manager who they treat like a glorified shift lead and don’t actually let him manage and then team members
Sounds correct
lol so did mine. What a joke.
I'm so sorry. I hope you make over 24 per hour
$17.50/hr in California🙃
Wow that's low. Staff was at 17, shift leads 24 and ASM at 28. This is In Wisconsin
All the numbers in your comment added up to 69. Congrats! 17 + 24 + 28 = 69 ^([Click here](https://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=LuckyNumber-Bot&subject=Stalk%20Me%20Pls&message=%2Fstalkme) to have me scan all your future comments.) \ ^(Summon me on specific comments with u/LuckyNumber-Bot.)
How are you making 24 as a lead? I make $13.50 😔
i currently work for sbux, and i can confirm that they hate their employees 🙃
my go-to joke when we have rushes is, "it could be worse! we could work at starbucks" but now it's starting to feel like I do 😭
HAHA ironic but left crumbl to work at starbucks and have never made a better decision
do you REALLY want to feel like that if so, can i get a warm cookie, add cookie butter filling, add powdered sugar, light sprinkles uhh… two shortcakes, a mini of the first cookie and two milks, i’ll pull around
HELP 😭😭
also, since i’m at the window already i would like a pup cup as well and a FREE water, and extra napkins, hold the straws, and extra sauce packets for some reason
Can't hate on the pup cup though! My dog starts licking his lips, so to speak, when we get in line!🤣 I wouldn't consider myself a complicated customer though-- but you tell me? dude that’s awesome
They do. Worst job ever!!!!! No break rooms and so short staffed and we had a drive thru also. It was always closed due no staff
My only break is if I need to use the bathroom 😭
So only 3 new cookies a week w/ choc chip staying each week? kind of disappointing.
I didn’t even think of the milk choc/ semi sweet rotation… oof
If I were approaching from a customer perspective, I think it's a stupid idea as well. I would rather have only large cookies with more flavors over large & small with fewer flavors. Crumbl is doing too much.
There's gonna be a mass quit, I just know it. Very scared the higher level management is going to begin laying people off before they can quit, or even laying people off during their 2 weeks and/or preventing people from leaving in droves.
Mass quit happened last fall. Sales are up huge since then. Whatever they are doing is working.
lol if I’m quitting, they ain’t telling me, you can’t. That ain’t how this works. I’m the boss now..I’m telling you not asking about quitting
Lol fr. Im expecting major closures in the next year or two. Too many stores doing too damn much. Gonna be hard to keep stores fully staffed when every city has one
My city has like 10 crumbl stores. They will die within the next two years.
Also, I don't hate the idea (mine lol) of minis only. Ditch the chocolate chip every week, so over that, I'd honestly prefer the classic Pink every week, rather than a rotating chocolate chip.
I was just talking about this to our store manager (shift lead here), we have a relatively small store because we're on the corner of a strip, and we don't have enough room, people, or ovens to have everything done and stocked all the time, especially opening shifts. same :/
Some stores only have one oven, as well. This is not gonna work out and corporate will only have themselves to blame when everyone quits and stores no longer have the business to keep their employees paid
How in the hell does 1 oven do all the cookies?
there are 8 racks per oven, each rack can hold a pan of 12 full size cookies. Most crumbls are in teeny tiny buildings with no room for expansion :(
We had 4 ovens in my store
WHAT
As a customer, I 100% support getting rid of the minis. I tried the minis once, and I've ever ordered them again. You can't fit most of the goodness into a mini, there's just too much going on with the big cookies.
And if they take that one out I will have no reason to go. It's the only one my mom will eat.

Trader Joe's chocolate chips are fantastic and inexpensive. I do Tollhouse recipe but half semi-sweet, half bittersweet. Do recommend.
omg tollhouse chips are so nostalgic
I actually meant the recipe! The chips are sadly now just aggressively average at best :(
the recipe is too
It is. I'm sure there are technically better recipes but IDGAf. Fresh tollhouse cookies are ultimately comfortable food.
I swear by lifestyleofafoodie.com Her recipes always hit the right spot, especially her Crumbl copycat recipes. 😋
My condolences to the employees who have to put up with this utter fuckery.
On the bright side, that's 2 less mini varieties to make each week 🤷♂️🤦♂️
That is literally the ONLY saving grace to this whole mess of an idea
You’re not wrong
why the beef with minis? i’m sooo curious 🤣
Employees have been saying they're much harder to make than the large cookies
oh darn. well in that case, i’m happy for them 🤣
They are super hard and so time consuming
I’m SO mad about this. I prefer their cookies
Yeppp I realized this week that my favorite cookies are the cool and unique flavors. you convinced me to give it a shot! the lemon raspberry sounds divine 😋
Yay! Do it! And definitely sign up for the e-club...you might get something free for your first visit after sign-up.
thank you very much!! 😊 have a nice night!
You as well! I may or may not have just downed an entire red Velvet Cake bundtlet! 🤦🏼♀️
My thoughts, your words. Perfect!
lol. why, thank you 😂☺️

SAME!! even as an employee I miss them 😭
yep, our manager told us this morning and idk which idea i hate more one LTO is already so much labor, but TWO and then keeping the minis on-hand all week?? 😭
we’ve lost the plot
been with crumbl since february and i swear every month it gets worse, minis every week is such a fucking mistake. they’re trying to be relevant again and i get the monetary aspect but our checks aren’t changing for the amount of work we’re doing and it’s really upsetting! i’ve got coworkers who have been with crumbl for 3 years and they’re getting tired of it too.
Ive been buying for a year and a half. Their variety has sucked so bad since around December.
Been with them for 2.5 years, man. It's gone downhill, 100%.
I won't be here in August 🥰
Lmao that is a vibe
I've already found some family owned bakeries to apply to! Plus I also have a head-in to two companies, corperate level. I think I'm gonna be fine 😌
I wish you the best of luck! Been looking for full time graphic design jobs for months and all I get is scams or rejections. I’d love bakery job though
Are we the same person?? Cause I graduated with a art and design degree and I'm praying for one of them to respond!
Hahah it’s a tough one, and the job market already sucks!
I wish you the best of luck! Been looking for full time graphic design jobs for months and all I get is scams or rejections. I’d love bakery job though

golden oreo will always be better
alright, we can agree on that I thought you just blanket hated any and all Oreos
Looks like I’ll be saving a lot of money with less cookie choice you’re talking 2 new cookies a week and forget about a favorite cookie coming back it would take forever
So LTO (Limited time offers) means non-cookie options? I’m new-ish to this 😅
This is so dumb. One LTO was dumb enough but 2 is ridiculous. and who wants minis at that price range? Crumbl has lost its mind
The LTOs were fun at the beginning when it seemed like they were more rare, or a surprise I guess. Now it’s expected. Dont get me wrong, I loved cinnamon square, tres leches, carrot cake, and absolutely adored the toffee cake, but come on now…

This! I just got a box the other week for the first time since September because if I don’t want at least four of the options I’m not going to bother.
Yup, this is truth And truth that corporate doesn't care for their employees mental health at all because this suuuuuuucks
I worked yesterday and Monday and I am thanking my past self for saying no to working on the fourth
Lol we have no choice, no one is allowed to book it off. We have to work the 4th. Which is silliness because it's not busy usually and we close early so it's not like you're actually going to make every employee work? 🤷♀️ I get Friday off though. Stoked about that 😆😆

Yay business! Now raise our wages 💀
I got a 10cent raise today 🥳🥳😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Hell yeah!! I guess that’s better than no raise right
open up a million locations that nobody goes to & delete most of the cookies = amazing business decisions
Sarcasm at its finest 😉
FR!!! I wanna know who is making these decisions on their marketing team bc they need to come work at my very busy store!!
Right? Instead of testing new LTOs they should test how running a shift with TWO and MINIS will go…
Crumbl’s downfall has begun
This is fucking bullshit. I WANT COOKIES. if I want cakes I'll go to a mom and pop bakery. I feel for you workers to. I keep telling people if crumbl sticks with cookies the workers would have it a little easier. But NOOOOOOO hear comes the mob. WHEN WE HAD THE STUPID OREO ONE I MADE IT NONSTOP FOR 9 HOURS
NOOOO seriously a Rice Krispie treat was a terrible idea
Damn. Also hey you guys make the cookies from scratch right? Or do you guys use pre made dough?
Oh my days I'm sorry you had to experience that. Dishes fucking suck. I'm using paper plates forever. I hate doing dishes.
Hahahah oh I feel that! Dishes can be a good way to get away from customers tbh but then you have to imagine me, a five foot tall small woman, hoisting the giant Hobart mixers into the sink… makes me feel pretty beefy for a second before I realize that took a lot of effort 🤣
Lmao oh I bet.
TBF none of us get news early. No prep time for anything as half the ideas that get floated around get axed without anyone being told
Does ANYONE know why they stopped making Pink Sugar Cookie a permanent cookie? Now the permanent cookies are "Chocolate Chip" and "Semi-Sweet Chcoolate Chunk"! I hate it!
because it sold the least out of all cookies consistently at the majority of stores. it only ever sold well on Saturdays at my store
No 😭
I really love putting almond extract in my Christmas sugar cookies. I got on the Crumbl train too late to try one of these pink sugar cookies 🙁
The thing is. I'm allergic to almonds, tree nuts, peanuts, etc. BUT. I NEVER have an allergic reaction to that cookie.
Damn, the rise and fall of Crumbl was pretty short lived as a whole. They better start adding $15 milkshakes or $40 pizzas
Time to UNIONIZE. If anyone wants help I will gladly offer it
Is it possible to unionize franchises? I'm actually ignorant about them since I live in a right to work state, even though I'm pro-union and in an industrial union. But yeah, solidarity!
Yes it is
i LOVE the minis. as someone watching my diet, minis are a lifesaver. my location has them every day and I couldnt be more grateful.
Our stores can’t even keep up this week with ONE LTO. It’s ridiculous.
Preach
Looks like I’ll never get a 6 pack. I like it when it’s a great week and I want to try every flavor. It’s rare but still
Enough with the stupid minis!
No thanks.
Totally forgot about the hometown picks! I’d much rather have that
As a customer NOOOO. I want COOKIES! Not cakes 🙄
Man corporate will do anything 💔 😭
there’s absolutely no way??? even with one LTO a week we struggle to keep it in stock. quitting fr
Seriously I know! Shortcake this week has been awful, now add in the daily minis on top of that. It’s like they want to go out of business
They need to bring that toffee syrup chocolate cake back permanently. My god it was so good.
The strawberry shortcake is decent but I would kill for that toffee chocolate cake lol
i’m gonna be so pissed if i can’t get semi sweet anymore 😭
I'm an employee and God do I actually want to die everytime I go to work
They should not be doing this if they are going to do this to the poor workers they should get a raise
dude i never get the LTO ones because they’re too big / too much. i hope this is solely a rumor 😭 only three new cookies a week would be a bummer
Am I the only one that doesn't care for the LTOs? Why can't it be its own thing if it has to be anything at all. I'm here for the cookies, not two cake things and only 4 choices of cookie with one being chocolate chip.
Not just you. I'm biased since I'm an employee, but I think they're mediocre at best. My family hasn't liked any of the LTOs other than tres leches.
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Get rid of the large, keep the small and do one dessert a week.
I love crumbl for the large cookies so I say dump the minis keep the large. If people can’t portion control that’s their problem 😬
Crumbl makes it easy with their cookie cutter (most stores sell those, you can also check online). But it seems so wasteful to eat just a quarter of a cookie, not like it (or just don't want it anymore) and toss the rest.
So do what I do and freeze them. Lasts for months, problem solved
I just use a chef knife after they've been in the fridge, so they've firmed up. Makes a beautiful clean cut.
I like the large. I cut them in half or a quarter (if I want more than one flavor at once). A half a large is perfect, filling and I don't get a stomachache. Ounce for ounce, more economical.
wait so minis are now gonna be available everyday??
Unfortunately
wait what? when?? i didnt even know abt this
It was just announced the other day that’s why I made this post lol
Anyone know the ingredients in the colored bags? Just curious
I’m stupid, what’s LTO?
You’re not stupid, it’s a common question. Limited time offer which is the non cookie items
Thank you , I was like what is this now lol
I would rather have 8 cookies in rotation every week rather than LTOs, if they are trying to add more options. Or just do the 6 cookies and bring back mystery week
Does anyone know how they make there cookies so fast???
What does LTO mean
What's LTO?
it's the non cookie items (I think) like the strawberry shortcake for this week
limited time only
I don’t understand the LTO, isn’t every week LTO minus the chocolate chip cookie? Seems like a lot. Do they ask the staff any opinions?
Technically you’re right. They’re just calling them LTO to distinguish them from the cookies I’m assuming. We have a weekly survey but I doubt it does anything
Yeah I guess that makes sense. It’s a category for non-cookie 🤣 Well that sucks if they don’t listen but then again I work in corporate and do a few surveys and I feel like it goes on deaf ears.
Oh I’m not surprised at that at all. At least it gives me a space to complain without bothering anyone😂
lol it’s therapeutic 🤣
I honestly love being able to get minis
What is LTO?
Limited time offer, usually anything that’s not a cookie
Why does my store not offer minis 😵💫
It’s only offered on Mondays, I believe. So, check back then!
Ahhhhhh, thank you for letting me know!!
That would explain the spoilers.
i’m redacting my comment after glancing at the spoiler thread 😂😂 it’s entirely possibly i had misunderstood the information given to me/it changed since my store was told anything about it
eff those upcharge items
