Not sure. The bank only confirmed they no longer allow crypto transactions with debit cards for all customers.
Time to change to a new bank. Fuck those guys.
What exchanges do you use? RBC similarly blocks transactions from debit or Visa cards but I’m able to use Kraken to on-ramp via etransfer no problem.
They no longer allowing any crypto transactions in the US. All exchanges are blocked.
Get a better bank. This shit was common in 2017 but not anymore
