Cryptocurrency is about decentralization, so I agree on crypto needs less government regulation! right now the market is so crazy there will be a sudden dump and then a sudden pump. with the use SmartBotCoin, it can manage my trade with that kind of market, but when the government regulation will still push on cryptocurrency regulation, I think even my bot will not manage that.

Felix89978

Crypto itself speaks freedom so being restricted by government regulations is really a minus. It basically restricts the community in innovating new ways to trade and stopping us from being the ones who control the market.

Anivia1995

We were all mad and disagreeing about having bitcoin under government's regulations cause it will surely affect our investment and profits. Now that such great trading bots are existing, we can be more accurate and confident about our trading matters.

TheSnoopy

You will earn by this bot, or atleast cumulate more Bitcoin and that is the most important thing to the future. Imagine how many people in the world will be able to buy atleast 1 BTC? But, now, we can easily grow our Bitcoin´s portfolio by many altcoins traders automatically done by this bot.

Beningging

Centralized group like government do not want something they can't handle especially the crypto that is the main reason why they need to do what they need to do.

Kwistyan

Actually, government have not right to interfere in the crypto market because we know all of them are decentralized. I agree with you that people should decide what to do with their crypto.

hatdog1

yes me too, as a trader crypto is a big help for me as i was currently a college student, it covers my expenses and it thanks to the trading platforms.

promoted9009

Ever since, people really aims to have full control of their own resources in a sense that they do not want the government to gain access on those things they do to gain resources for their own. The idea of having Bitcoin being a decentralized currency makes it a unique one which people do love about it of taking full control of their Bitcoin without the government taking interference with it.

GlobalMilk99

crypto doesn't need to be open for government, it is the user's freedom to use it for him. if the government will restricts some of it, some cannot agree on that. Also, using SmartBotCoin in trading is very easy to use.

PuzzleHead1998

I think it was jjustiafble. government should not always interfere this kind of stuffs

powder1800

Indeed, it should be the people that could hold their power when it comes to this matter. The government should put their hands-off the people's money and focus on the economy.

Without regulation crypto will be endless pump and dumps between cartels of whales. Don't automatically think the libertarian free market approach is the right one. Absolute free markets lead to slavery.

AirFell85

Balance is key. Over-regulation also leads to the same ends, different masters.

[deleted]

Higher prices have come with regulation and more institutions feeling comfortable to adopt it though. Remember you can't have your cake and eat it too. Plenty fine to not want regulation, but then you also have to be fine with sea saw prices, instability, exchanges exploding overnight, whale manipulation, and lower prices as the non early adopters are scared to purchase, hold, and make use of it. Thinking from the American perspective and how the SEC has ruled on it.

Crypto projects need to regulate themselves with smart contracts, publicly visible policies, articles and bylaws. Or just buy bitcoin and be done for the day.

spectreoutreach

Unregulated, decentralized cryptocurrency that uses a peer-to-peer technology. There is no central authority issuing new money or tracking transactions. Instead, these operations are managed collectively by the network. There are regulations that impact how cryptocurrencies are offered to supporters who exchange well established cryptocurrencies - Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc - or fiat currency in exchange for the future coin. Governments can attempt to impose regulation on a currency or the entire industry, such as tax reporting rules or prohibitions on using digital currencies for certain transactions. So far i have seen many ICO like example Tael in Mainland China following the law established by the central bank

james14cunningham

Government shouldn't fuss about crypto and focus on much more important things. It is decentralized so I don't think they are needed there it totally beats the purpose of having control over your money without the unnecessary fees from third parties. But of course, we still have to be responsible on what to do with it. Also one thing is that most of the project I am currently active has potential to be applied irl. Has benefits to be used in everyday transactions and activity just like the other day I was able to find this unique [project](http://www.elynet.io/?utm_source=lx) (first of its kind). They aim to make their prices the same anywhere in the world and purchased data available to be used anywhere in the world, regardless of where it was purchased, and with no roaming fees. Anyway, I think its much better if the government would just stay away but I can't blame them if they feel intimidated with the whole crypto thing. It's a disaster if it does get out of hand, and you just wake up that you aren't in control anymore of peoples privacy and money.

AriyaLucca

They really shouldn't mingle with the whole crypto fiasco, I know they want to take a bite out of things even though its none of their business.

james14cunningham

Yeah and they will ask you where it came from and asks you to give them a portion of it. If not they will take it forcefully or well ban it, sad but true.

UnluckyAdministrator

Of course, governments round the world should keep their noses out of Crypto. Over regulation in the US especially will cause huge funds to move from US banks into other Crypto projects worldwide, while China, Singapore and rest of Asia develop and dominate this brilliant Blockchain technology.

Benchen70

If China develop and dominate this space, they will develop ways to control it. You think China wants people to have freedom? Don’t kid yourself. Plus, which government body would want uncontrollable items for trade running around? Even today, if we have destroyed all of the world’s governments, some new body will arise to govern the world. Otherwise how do we determine crime? How do we determine an action is to be punishable so people have a fair go? What if someone steals your bitcoins? There should be ways to get it back. That’s what laws are for, and that is what government is for. Of course I am not asking for total control. I am asking for control that is appropriate and democratic, according to the wishes to the people who truly will use and benefit from it.

UnluckyAdministrator

Ai, machine learning, big data and Blockchain governance will control everything. Government personnel will have to get off their fat asses and get on the field, identify societal problems that need to be solved and come up with solutions to fix them. Governments will have all the time in the world to device innovative ways of law enforcement. By the time Blockchain fully matures, no single country or government will be able to control it and this event will see society move up to Civilization Type-1 in not so distant future.
