One weird feature of those is that they are not barbed the way a fitting would be. It’s reversed - normally, for compression fittings, the steps would work to retain the hose, these are tapered away and the steps don’t serve the purpose of holding on to something. Almost like this was AI generated and it used something that looked like a compression fitting. That, or they were custom made for looks and wouldn’t actually be useful for anything.

Those are cheap air hose fittings from Harbor Freight. They're sold in an air compressor "starter kit" with a blue rubber hose and a couple other things for like 15 bucks
