A permanent hanging strip 4-5” wide for each gap hanging off the top cover.
Move the middle blind mount up an inch so you can bring the side blind mounts in as close as possible. There will still be strip just much smaller.
Blackouts should really ideally be hung inside the window well closer to the window to properly block most of the light. Ideally this would also just be one blackout roller not 3.
Get a large blackout curtain if you want to mount outside of the window well.
If you want to roller shades then you need to mount inside the window well.
Do you need this type of blinds? Vertical curtains seems like they would do a better job (there's nice automated slides), or one single super wide rolling curtain.
I have the same issue in one place I can't have vertical curtains on a slide, so I'm following this thread regardless. Need the same tip...

You need curtains over the blinds.
Replace these blinds with vertical blinds.
