Look at the doors from outside closed handle up. Is there an equal gap all the way down the 2 sashes? You might need to adjust them left or right to suit
What’s the latch like? If you just close it without lifting the handle is it tight or does it rattle?
Up the top where the shoot bolts come out when you lift the handle you can adjust the keep. Maybe a few screws or Allen key. Move it closer in.
Is it there with the handle pulled up?

My bet is the top roller is missing the receiver. You’ve likely adjusted it to far over.

Yeah it doesn't really seem to close properly unless I lift the handle up. I'll try adjusting the keep
Adjust the plate where the latch meets too. Again move in a bit
