Yup. And they're not wrong of course! And in keeping with drone laws everywhere they muddied the language. But it's hard to interpret that as meaning it's illegal.
Sorry bud you loss battery power the day I flew the winds was 4 mph gust to 8 mph try not to record until you reach 2.5 miles that day my round trip was 12.5 km my mini 3 is only 5 months old
Did you find your mini 3 ?
LOS has left the chat.
Which is perfectly legal in Canada for a <250g drone. Edit: the downvoters might want to look up the law on sub 250g drones in Canada.
You’re saying you don’t need LOS in Canada? Would love to see that law
Yup.
Huh interesting. Transport Canada just mentions LOS as “good practice” for micro drones. Crazy

Forsure, you’re right! I just (naively) thought it was a law

Yes, fortunately find my drone helped and the drone was completely intact.
How did it maintain connection with the controller? I flew mine recently and it had issues. Might have been due to mountain regions.
Is this the dji app or other software to see the flight metrics?
It’s the flight on the controller it records all my flight
Where I fly there is no houses or cell towers when I flew that I still had 3 bars on controller but battery was getting low
