I just have about 5-10 windows of DnD Beyond open on my laptop; gives quick access to my notes, encounters, stat blocks, character sheets, spells, and items.
We play with pathfinder so it takes a bit more work, but usually same. But since I finally get to go back to pen and paper I'm trying to stick to that.
Ahh my bad, what you have so far is definitely a good start. Though I do like having my laptop handy to search anything I need or find info for a quick rules decision.
Use note cards folded in half with character name on both sides. Hang from dm screen so you and party can see initiative order
This is a great Idea! I need this for my games

I know you said you had NPC names, but more wouldn’t hurt.
A reference card for your party: character name, AC, Spell Save, Passives- anything you find yourself having to ask your players over and over
Wear pants.
