I had a similar problem — was trying and tracking but couldn’t find an ovulation spike. I went on letrozole during my cycle which definitely did the trick and I was able to detect LH spikes and ovulation (on day 10 so a bit early) which was helpful and made me feel like I was doing something to move forward and not waste time. An OBGYN could probably prescribe for you if you are between REs.
