I had baseline afc of 2. Fluctuated for the next month to 9. Started the process only 2 were mature and the others were slow growers. They expected 2 eggs, I got 6 and all 6 were mature! You never know.
I stimmed long. 4/8-4/21 we started low. Primed with patches, Meno, gonal and triggered with hcg and lup. Second round we are starting higher so I don’t have to go as long
I know how you feel. I’m starting my first cycle, I had my baseline today and it was only 3. I’m trying to remain hopeful cause I’ve seen some stories about AFC being 3-5 and the stims end up increasing the follicle count, but I’m very discouraged
Don’t lose hope my AFC was 4 & I got 4 eggs out of it in my first ER

Life is so unfair for us but It can still work though, it just takes MORE of everything- more meds, more procedures, more loss and grief.
