Imagine something goes wrong, you hit the ground, shatter all your bones but still live somehow, and just writhe in agony in complete darkness, wondering if what you're experiencing is even real.
I want to do this, but only if they play the right song while I'm dropping.

Violent Femmes Country Death Song.
I've bungie jumped over 15 times of the Victoria Falls bridge in broad daylight. It's a beautiful sight to behold. But I guess maybe a dark void of nothingness could be nice, I don't know.
The two scariest things about bungee are:
1) seeing how high you are
2) seeing the ground rushing towards you as you fall.
This is going to be way less scary than a regular jump.
(I did it btw)
I'm way more afraid of not knowing what's around me or what I am jumping towards to. Seeing the bottom at least would give me some kind of control, whereas this jump in the dark is a complete trust fall.
Not that I'd do a bungee jump in general, but yeah, this would freak me out even more.
She drops down into the darkness, her screams echoing off the walls, growing more distant. The attendants wait for the cord to catch. Slowly, her screams quiet and disappear. The cord doesn’t catch. Silence.
Can someone please tell me the name of the song in this video. It's driving me insane I used to listen them all the time and I can't remember anything now
Imagine how comfortable of a life you must have lived where you feel any desire whatsoever to do this. Just keeping up to date with a fraction of the world’s events keeps me steady terrified of humans and what we are capable of. I can’t imagine the draw for any more terror.
I worked bungee for a while. After hours we used to do a “mob toss” for variety when flips get boring. Tie wrists behind back, blindfold, gag, cord on the ankles. 2 guys pick you up and chuck you off the upper deck of a railroad bridge with bungee tied to the lower deck. I’ve done hundreds of jumps and for those of you that think that not seeing the ground is less scary, I can assure you that you are wrong.
I wanna see a video from the divers perspective. Gonna look like your falling into the abyss while the gateway to the world of the living grows ever smaller
Firstly - no thanks. Secondly - they aren’t really “jumping”. Some sadistic bastard just releases their harness. I’ve parachuted before but only by day and often wondered if it would be mentally harder or easier to make the jump at night.
I’m good
The void shall consume you no matter
The void gunna get real fucking fat off my shame.
Imagine something goes wrong, you hit the ground, shatter all your bones but still live somehow, and just writhe in agony in complete darkness, wondering if what you're experiencing is even real.
I'd hope the DMT hits soon, epic trip
Yes
Literally the only words I said in my head.. I’m good.
I as well

I figured you’d want Bodies by Drowning Pool
🎶 LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR ! ! ! 🎶 🎶 LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR ! ! ! 🎶
Blackened or One from Metallica would be the right choices.
That's fucked! I'm down
And you’ll never come back up
Promise?
you can't be *down*.. it's bottomless, haven't'cha read?

I don't know why but I feel like it could be thrilling and peaceful at the same time 🤔🤷♂️
Yes! Exactly what I was thinking!
Yeah I'm thinking, just drop me into the quiet void!
What if something brushed by your face 😬😬😬
As long as it's not the ground 🤷♂️
Like death
I have been falling...for THIRTY minutes!!!
So glad I wasn't the only one that thought this... loll
She came back up, right? Right?
Sure
that’s a dude
He went down and came back up as a she? Cause that's what would happen to me looks scary as shit
Balls climb so far back inside you end up with Peter Griffin's chin.
The screams sound the same...
Death grips
Thanks for the totally unnecessary soundtrack at max volume
uncultured front page SWINE not understanding the death grips reference
KNOWN FOR IT!!!
It should of been a song from bottomless pit
I would have liked some silence, then Goofy's iconic yell when they dropped the person.
Ok that would have been much much better
I appreciated death grips on my front page this morning!
Put some respect on death grip's name
KNOWN FOR IT
Mute is the way.
The second video in a row, that I had to mute.
if you dont watch things on reddit auto muted then what the fuck are you doing
The whole phones muted the whole time man
KNOWN FOR IT GOTTA STAY DEEP IN THE ZONE OR IT'LL TAKE EVERYTHING YOU OWN
Nope.
Random Death Grips gave me the biggest smile

Where is it? I’m guessing in Scotland by the caption but physically where is it? Like a cave or something?
Probably a toilet at the Wishaw Malt, that should be scary enough...
Fuck. That.
That's on the next album
The Bungee Store
Arrested combat, black mask murder rap
Rather do that than see what’s below, maybe..
I can’t stop thinking it’s in the middle of the ocean.
unironically this is less scary to me
Bottomless pit. Legend has it the first person to fail a safety test is still falling.
I see what you did there
No thanks I'm good
oh fuck that
For those that want to live that terror dream in real life…. We have something for you.
Holy shit, exactly!
I’d try it to see if I never had those dreams again

Death Grips - Known For It
Has anyone done this? I actually think it would be less scary without seeing the ground coming or some other frame of reference.
My thoughts as well. Seems like this would make it easier since the height view isn't a factor.
KNOWN FOR IT BEEN THROUGH IT DONE EVERYTHING I CAN TO IT
Hell yeah!
Nope. Nope for the bungee jump part, and nope for the pitch black bottomless pit part.
I think I'd rather fall into the abyss than see what's coming. Although, I'd rather not bungee jump at all.
Imagine falling into the void, and that OP's soundtrack is all you can hear.
Nah fuck that, I'm not paying good money to be dropped into the void, even with a safety harness.
Imagine how comfortable of a life you must have lived where you feel any desire whatsoever to do this. Just keeping up to date with a fraction of the world’s events keeps me steady terrified of humans and what we are capable of. I can’t imagine the draw for any more terror.
Where is this?
It could be Highland Fling on the River Garry - they have a similar setup.
I'm afraid of heights but I think I could do this lol! I'm assuming highland meaning Scotland right?
Yeah Scotland.
Is that the same as the soldiers leap at Killiecrankie?
> jump into pitch black Aah yes, the D B Copper maneuver
The ultimate trust fall.
Preview of the afterlife

KNOWN FOR IT
this is so noided
Hard pass.
Would love to try this, ngl
Gives a new meeting to the call of the void
[How it goes back up](https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-1RfJPEMc2QU/UzAZ8JxteMI/AAAAAAAACGk/T9LUPTgSiqs/s1600/vlcsnap-2014-03-24-11h41m08s135.png)
They don’t show you that only HALF OF THEIR BODY RETURNED!!!!
Just like my dreams
I would like to do that if they turn off the lights from the platform aswell
Simulation of a panic attack
Is it just me or jumping into something I can't see while I am tied makes it less scary?
What happens after the void stares back into you.
For all we know, she could have died.
Possibly impractical but image if you could run towards it and jump/bungee.
Nope
Thats probably the closest we will get to experiencing what its like being swallowed by a black hole.
I’m not sure why but I think I would be more comfortable bungee jumping into the dark than into some canyon
After it comes back empty, you hear a loud belch from below. Next!
nah see that's how you end up on the back of a cart in skyrim wondering wtf just happened
Brown pants not included
I feel like this would make it easier
That's the abyss he's being thrown right into the 4 kings boss fight
I think it might be easier to stomach for some. I'm generally not a thrill seeker and Rollercoasters make me queasy, but I liked Space Mountain.
Reverse prank when he yells the chord snapped!
i wonder if they offer “bottomless pit bungee jump aftermath tours” at the bottom of that pit
Fecking NOPE
Nope
Nah
If there is a hell - this is exactly where I am going, over and over, for eternity.
Nope
Put these foolish ambitions to rest
They should have named it **John Seenaw**
Dude got dropped to the depths. That's not bungee
Nope…
Yeah, no, fuck that. I’m good.
That looks so fun
If I hope it ends in my death, will they still let me do it?
Nope
Nope
they got past the bedrock and are ready to keep going ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|grin)
No thanks no no no why?
Oh, no thank you 😊
Absolutely not!
Enter the void
Darkness took me, and I strayed out of thought and time...
NOPE
I want to try that.
Efffff that!!
And to this day, we haven’t seen her come back.
Anmfw!!!!!!!!! 😩🫣✌🏾
Should've had her facing down. I think that'd be much scarier. Also when the bungee snaps back, you spine wont be bending back too.
Black Hole!! Zehahahhaaa
I would love to do this... I've had dreams of falling into darkness and now I want too lol
N O
that is for sure a r/nope
Where we're going we won't need eyes 😈
It couldn’t possibly be bottomless
Never understood why some people pay money to feel like they are going to die?
Nope, nope and double nope.
All participants were never seen again.
Nope.
Nope, nope and double nope.
Nope
Nope.
Hard no.
I did something similar, was in Costa Rica, jumped in a valley and was all covered with fog couldn’t see anything. Wouldn’t do it again
I feel like I would prefer this, close my eyes and concentrate on the feeling
I think this is less scary
No scream?! Lame!
The voids are calling
What’s the point if you’re not facing the darkness
I would rather touch s spider
Seems like a nightmare
Is this at night or in a cave?
A sacrifice to please the void.
That could be a form of therapy ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|shrug)
That's a swing not a bungy
Is it weird that I'd rather this than doing it during the day?
Probably easier than seeing how far you’re going
And now they're gonna fight the Four Kings
It's like all my fears got together at the same time and said "Hey let's go!"
Finally I can recreate my Lost Boys fantasy
Form void I was born and the void I return.
WHY?!
Never wanted to see someone reappear so much.
No point really
Fuck I need to want to do that!!!
I wanna see a video from the divers perspective. Gonna look like your falling into the abyss while the gateway to the world of the living grows ever smaller
Why didn’t they show her bounce back up? I’m out.
And bro was never seen again!
Pants shit successfully.
if i was there, id do the cartooniest scream ever
Nah bro, I saw a dude fall to his death IRL once. The fear of falling is very real for me.
That explains the thud I heard on my roof last night…
I’m so getting sturdy!
I think this looks less scary than the alternative.
I feel this would make it less scary, at least for me. What do you guys think?
I think I'd rather do this than be able to see the ground
Absolutely fucking not.
Firstly - no thanks. Secondly - they aren’t really “jumping”. Some sadistic bastard just releases their harness. I’ve parachuted before but only by day and often wondered if it would be mentally harder or easier to make the jump at night.
Yes please 🤩
Just found out death grips a few days ago. Didn't expect to hear one of their songs on a random video 😅
Where is that??!!
That’ll be a resounding nope from me
I don’t know why but I would like to try this.
Should put them in a glow in the dark top
I want to do it dressed as Gandalf
