Where in game do all these codes appear? I know 4twrs is an email. And sea blue forever is near the final location. But I hadn't run across the rest of these.

The only thing needed is a description of where the codes can be found. For some reason I don't think there's a guide out there that has all the information about the codes in one place.
I'm fairly sure not all will appear in-game because some (like the most recent AEGISTHEDIVER) are cross-promotion codes.
I'm unsure though, I never used these codes until the other day when I saw they are doing a NIKKE cross-promo.
