I believe this is done during the end credits, you are able to shoot all the names of the devs and if you get them all you get the achievement. I also believe if you can’t get them all during the credits there is a mini game that becomes available in which you can unlock the achievement
Shoot it like harpoon.
And the biggest thing to completing this is hold down the fire button and it'll rapid fire I believe 5 or 6 shots. You can kill ask but like 3 names in one burst. It's possible without this tip, but it's a lot easier with the burst fire. (Finished with the word YOU about to summon the black holewithout the tip, finished without the word you appearing with the tip)
