I hate/don't play a bunch of characters - survivors being too annoying or killers too unwieldy. Still got a lot of free 6+ prestiges per character when the system switched (I forget what my actual average was, as many but not all characters got the max free prestiges).
I mean, I got P10 on a couple I dislike, again because I happened to just have the perks on them when things switched.

Two of them are on different sides of the map where the killer can easily go to one and kill anyone there at the gate + do the same to the other. It's an easy way to kill survivors lol. Plus anti exit gate perks exist to get kills in.

1v1’s don’t exist in dbd like that. When I hear 1v1 I think of Mortal Kombat or any fighting game honestly. I have 2100 hours in MK so if you want a 1v1 you can always add me and try your best 😁

Listen I get the frustration, personally it's mainly the gen speeds that never fail to urk me but its a symmetrical, i don't think anyone's gonna ever get it right. My problem though is that it's basically game over when the third survivor dies.
I'm not saying that killers still the pretty victim of this shit, survivors have a whole mountain of killers tunneling, slugging, camping, etc. Me included, but still if the third survivor miraculously dies then its only fair the fourth one gets in a different stand off.
Put it like this, if you played survivor, how would you feel if say not all gens are done because everyone was doing some urban evasion shit. You're the final survivor? The killer will eventually find you and since you don't have hatch, and if you do gens that gives away your position, what do you do? You can try to escape chase but it's either you fail or you get found later. Because killer does have bloodlust, while being a shit mechanic with everyone alive when the last survivor is alive the killer can just bloodlust it.
With hatch, it's a mini game of who gets to it first. Even in your screenshot you still got a 3k which is good for you, I'm not gonna bark how you do it by all means I'll give you the benefit of the doubt you aren't breaking tos (Don't worry Tunneling, slugging, camping aren't against tos) but still, 3k is basically a win. The 4k is basically that cherry on top of the ice cream. Like yeah it's nice to know they all died but don't worry the cherry barely matters half the time. It's just a nice decoration imo. Hell even with the recent patch they're actually buffing the shittier stuff instead of nerfing stronger shit! Isn't that good?

Hatch is balanced because you already won so the final survivor having to do all remaining gens gives way too much time for you to get them. If they tbag at hatch push them out or close it if possible and make that survivor look stupid :)
Just get rid of the hatch the exit gates and all the survivor perks while we are at it. we can add insta downs
And no healing, no loops, no buildings, and 25 generators
And if they fail one skill, check they go into the dying state
