Yep! You can literally complete the mission no damage in like 1:30, it's pretty funny.
Although if you care about getting the S-rank you DO have to do all 3, skipping the combat trial means you get 0 rating on Style which results in a D that'll massively drop your EOM rank.
This trial stinks on a first playthrough, no devil trigger, low max HP. I imagine devil trigger explosion or quick silver would help a whole bunch. That being said I also just skip it on replay if I don't care about rank.

How the hell do you skip it
You only need to do two chambers to complete the mission, the third trial is just there to unlock Artemis early if you want it.
