I just got it going!! Dumbest reason ever so I was checking out the spark plug and seeing if I had spark for the 5th time and I did so I put it back in but not all the way just a bit to see if that would do anything and sure enough the bike started right up. So the last owner had the wrong spark plugs in or something but its good and running now. Still have to get the right plugs though.
Is it carbureted? If so, there's a "choke" that will need to be engaged in cooler weather until they engine reaches operating temperature
Yeah I have tryed that I have cleaned all the jets and everything twice now still nothing. thanks though
Try bump start it a bunch and kick it a bunch try leave the fuel off

If your fuel is low you may have to put fuel tap on reserve setting.
