if youโre staying at a disney hotel, u can ask there! operations are slower than they are in the parks so they will usually take more time decorating them for u!
I always get my pins from the store behind the bathroom between frontierland and adventureland. It's called Pioneer Mercantile according to the map. There's never any wait like you see for the guest info locations; you just go up to the check out and ask if you can get some pins. I got some for my birthday at the end of April.
