Same here. My papers were officially filed to be signed by the judge yesterday and all of my hurt and pain has flooded back. My heart is telling me to call my attorney and stop them from being signed, but I know it’s what needs to be done.
Mine moved out on Tuesday. I finally broke and texted him that I didn't want to be friends with someone who treated me the way he did. He just responded "understood".
Pretty sure he's dating the woman I suspected he was having an emotional affair with. Loser.
Thank you, this week has been so hard and I just came back from my Psych appointment and even though it was very good I still feel soo bad. It is really good to read and keep hearing it from other people. I probably need to hear it a 1000x more but every time it helps!
Thank you I needed this...This is the same stuff my therapist says...you need to love urself first before u can love others ..and reassure that it will be ok and you are a great person that deserves love...I need to start believing it

Thanks. I think after a while the pain fades, and you realise they weren't the person you fell in love with anymore. Or maybe they never had been.
