Dragon knight gets more health regen the longer he is attacked.
Bounty hunter stacks a high gold per hit from how many bounty runes he takes
Bane gains more sleep time per ult kill
Brood gets AOE expansion to all kills on webs. Bigger webs for more map control.
SS gets increased ward time per hero kill.
Idk for bloodseeker. Move speed would be an insane buff

Give Nyx some sort of stacking thing so he can carry early game assassination success into late game viability. I want my good pickoffs to give me some reward, literallt support heroes like Lion already have this feature
Doesn't have to be passive, can be active like Earth Spirit's. Anyway, here's mine:
* Undying - Abilities that hit enemy heroes spawn a Zombie for each enemy hero that lasts for 3 seconds
* Oracle - Scan is replaced by Far Sight: reveals the entire area and detects invisible units for the duration of Scan, or
* Oracle - Ward duration and range are slightly increased
* Underlord - Expulsion (active): For the duration, one random enemy corpse explodes per second, dealing damage to nearby enemies and healing Underlord. Duration increases as Fiend's Gate level increases
* Necrophos - Animate Dead (active): Raises nearby enemy corpses (prioritizes higher level neutral creeps) to fight for Necrophos for a few seconds, they will count for Sadism when they die or expire near Necrophos. Raised corpses increase by 1 at levels 10, 15, 20, 25, 30
SK current passive becomes innate, at a reduced margin (like lvl 1 values) and he gets a new skill. 1k games of sk and passive is only useful at lvl 1 during lane and at min 50 when everyone is together and have 2k HP.
Naga will probably get the waves as a passive or worse, her shard. But tbf if the shard makes it so that the new shard is the current aghanims I'd be glad.
Personally, I can't really think of anything fitting. More agi or magic resist I guess as an aura so that you can go in with the clones and not blow up.
Nyx Assassin: Deals pure damage if his attribute is higher than the enemy's primary attribute.
Shadow Shaman: Deals bonus damage to illusions, pets, and clones.
Crystal Maiden: While under an effect that lowers her movement speed, gain bonus health regeneration and armor.
Slardar: Anytime he stuns an enemy, he heals by a % of his missing health.
Phantom Assassin: While stealthed, can see enemy stealthed heros within her vision radius.
Why do people pretend like this is a good idea when 70% of the roster will get their real passives moved to the innate slot, shard moved to base ability, then the new shard will be shit like "Deals 15% more damage and reduces cooldown by 3"
yeah, innate abilities are just passives moved to new slot with no skill point required(atleast at lvl1). But alch got new ability in place though, that's nice
WK gains a permanent skeleton charge every 2 minutes he's alive and his ulti is not on CD.
AA ulti duration increase by 0.5s every time a heroes dies under its effect.
Elder Titan is now universal with 15 in each base start and +0 in each stat gain per level. Every time astral spirit passes through a creep he permanently gains 0.05 in all stats and +0.2 for each hero it passes through. Every time he gets a kill, he also gets +1 in each stat. Ulti length is now based on his strength, physical component on agility and magical component on intelligence.

Techies passively lays a red-mine (of lesser damage and aoe) every so often while walking. Like how sandking used to trigger epicentre pulses.
