I know what exclusivity is and tbh no one cares about it with DotA. Fact is you can only have 1 QoP in any given game (normally)- so why the hell should it matter? People would still play with it. No one is going to cry and say "awh man my QoP skin isn't *exclusive* any more- and then stop playing with it... The real reason here is just that Gabe is a reserved/conservative kind of guy. He makes enough money as it is on everything including new shit that is always being released within the game. This skin not being re-sold and made available has nothing to do with your precious 'exclusivity'. I forget the name- but there's that one garden skin for your terrain. No one would stop using that if they made it available for anyone to buy bc it just strictly looks better than basically every other terrain.
