Seems like when a disconnected Meepo uses manta, the illusions drop their pack rat items in the fountain and anyone can pick them up. The Meepo reconnects and can then sell the extra items for half price while still having the original.
Hopefully it's patched but I didn't want to add the full details initially because that would probably just encourage more people to cheat with it.
The specific interaction was that Meepo needs to also have a full inventory and backpack. When Meepo made illusions normally, the pack rat item got moved to the main inventory where you cannot interact with it because you can't move items on illusions in any situation. If the inventory and backpack are full, the item instead drops in the fountain with no owner.
You could also use this to duplicate other items like Warlock's Grimoire (confirmed by another post in the sub) and probably also Witch Doctor's Gris-Gris, meaning it's not specifically a pack rat bug but rather a bug with how illusions handle items in the neutral slot that aren't neutral items.
I mean DotA had a built in feature that allows you to see every tick of damage… so reading the log from an archived replay should make it really easy to find out

Most cheaters you've encountered are not russian, but russian speaking, most of the time Russian/Ukrainian/Belarusian players won't even be able to distinguish each other unless given a very big hint in terms of context/dialect, so I don't blame you

Dude spectating these games on Dota tv was funny asl, they be pushing high ground and magically the enemy team that r 6 slotted kills of them and end the game
I think I had similar happen once, but I think that was before the source client.
Somebody in our game turned on the ingame cheats. Everybody had gold cap and no cds.

Not fixed just had enemy meepo doing same thing

I've had this happen to me but it was a SB. It did nothing though as they did it at the end of the match but they ended the match with 90k net worth
