I saw the message too just now. There were people talking about this already. Just someone with knowledge went public with what was circulating on the internet
This was Doc's response when he was found to have an affair with a woman in her early 20s. So the comment in context of the video doesn't really make much sense. Poster could easily be ITK; or know someone who is... or they somehow accessed that email that was floating around that stated the age of the victim. Quite a few people already knew, nothing strange about it, really.

This is typical doc/trump fans behavior.. refuse to believe something when their is evidence right in front of you.
The woman Doc had an affair with at Twitchcon in 2017 was 25 at the time. This is very easy info to Google. She is modestly famous in her own right.
