If you have additional entire bars with your 60 and 65, it’s because of your clothing or, if you have one equipped, your qq bang. A qq bang adds 2 entire bars at 5 blue arrows for ki and stamina for context. Lvls 1-50 also naturally increase ki and stamina as well as every other stat, but only up to 50. After that, it stops at 5 entire bars for ki and stamina and anything more requires investment.
If your looking for the most optimal build for a Male Saiyan, you have the right body type I think. 0 in health because it wouldn’t help too much, 42 for Ki to give an extra bar, 84 in stamina for 2 extra bars, 125 in Basic Attacks because Male Saiyans are the best in that regard. Lastly you can put the rest in strike. If your looking for a fun build tho u can realistically do whatever, but I would suggest not putting anything in health
I think male Saiyans are skilled in strike attacks and supers. So I suggest 65 ki, 60 stamina, 125 basic attack, 125 strike supers
Male saiyans have equal in both super damage types, but the best basic attack.

I've played with 65/60 with ki and stamina, it's pretty reliable
There's no point to doing that, 42 gives you one bar, unless you go to 84 it's waisted points

Always start by making out stamina, then go for basics and a bit of ki and whichever supers you like

what i do is basic attacks 125 super attack 125 60 ki 30 stamina rest wtv and then get a qq bang with 5 points to everything that you didnt do
All stamina is definitely the play for shure
It really doesn’t matter, you can make a wish to reset them and try different builds
