Goku has enough control to operate a car and function normally in super saiyan. I'm just a regular guy, no history of evil and I'm not part of any tournaments so he has no reason to wanna hurt me. It's not gonna be comfortable but it's 100% survivable.
1 seems the least traumatic of the 4, but getting erased might be the least painful way of dying if Iām going to die either way.

I think buu would technically make me immortal. Or, at the very least, put me in a form of suspended animation until he dies or spits me back up. Could be a curse in of itself, but at least it isn't death.

Goku can make himself as weak as a child if he wanted too with power level manipulation. So its the only real choice if you wanna live.

Beerus destroys my soul so i donāt even get an afterlife, Buuās absorption becomes permanent after enough time passes, which means i eventually degrade into non-existence (so still no afterlife) And being drank from the inside-out is one of the least pleasant looking ways to die in fiction. At least gokuās probably just going to accidentally pretend to be a jojo villain and iām dead quickly.
Given that Blue Goku held back enough to let Krillin beam struggle with him, iāll take the gut punches. Guyās habit of pulling his punches means I *might* survive.
