It's not a bad idea to watch the movie because it lasts way less and tells about the same story. The episodes aren't very good IMO, except for Tagoma maybe

If it's Battle of Gods, stick with the TV Version If it's RoF, I'd recommend just switching to the movie, then resuming on Episode 28 (the RoF arc ends on Episode 27). Unlike BoG, the show's iteration of Resurrection F is... lackluster to say the least.

K1nd4Weird

Res F is the lowest point in Super. Both the movie and show aren't very good.  You've seen the training at the beginning of the show's arc. That's the best addition the show had. If you want to switch to the movie then skip the rest of the show I don't think you'd miss anything.

Fibrosis5O

The ending was the biggest ass pull

Supersaiyanninja3

RoF arc in Super is trash. Switch to the movie.

Darthvegeta8000

Movie. Which I liked. But the arc was meh.

acvodad547

Movie is fine. Both the arc and the movie cover the most important things to know going forward… The only minuscule difference I can think of is one that is covered in episode 22 itself. The anime dabbles slightly more on the stale “Gohan got rusty” trope compared to the movie.

Shyphat

Show has a little bit added so if your enjoying the show keep on watching. If it’s meh to you then watch the movie.

Le_Crispy

Why not both?

Bean_Kaptain

IMO Battle of Gods movie and Ressurection F movies are both leagues better than the show. I suggest watching those instead to everyone, BoG then the Super arc in between, then RoF. You miss out on nothing by skipping the show, its literally just a longer, worse, version of the movie
