I'll give a short rundown of Shinata. She's widowed, lost her husband and daughter via demonic corruption and was forced to put them down. She also has a son that is missing and is rumored to be alive and she's currently working along with Princess and her rebellion against a brutal regime, so she's playing the role of protector.
As for Shinata's abilities, she's basically a very quick moving and striking samurai with her having the abilities to blink in and out of the shadows. Otherwise, no fancy tricks, no planetary destructive moves or anything like that, just a slightly grounded samurai who is filled with sorrow and given that her son might be alive, is going all out, doing what it takes to find and reunite with her son.
Shinata's 5'10", 51 years old, her favorite meal is clam chowder and her hobby is gardening.

Fun fact about how he got the arm in the first place: While on a mission, his arm would get broken due to a shrapnel shard breaking the bone and ripping the muscle fibers. His damaged arm would get amputated and replaced by a mechanical one, this replacement is what would make him into an "Man", and that war isn't a playground.

This is my OC: Shadow Thief. I wanted to go with more elegant colors pallets to make him come off in his career as a gentleman thief, who values sophistication and non-violence. As his name suggests, he manipulates the shadows to commit. One application he uses often is inducing drowsiness as a non-lethal way of inconpacitating witnesse via the circadian rhythm.
Fun Fact about Shadow Thief: Despite his elegant appearance, Shadow Thief came from a poor background. He gained his powers via his connection to the Umbra Zone, which is granted to a user from a lunar eclipse. Before becoming Shadow Thief, he was trained by a different person who also had a connection to the Umbra Zone (which is a cosmic zone of darkness personified by the moon in my story's lore).

I wanted to go with more elegant colors pallets to make him come off in his career as a gentleman thief, who values sophistication and non-violence. As his name suggests, he manipulates the shadows to commit. One application he uses often is inducing drowsiness as a non-lethal way of inconpacitating witnesse via the circadian rhythm. Fun Fact about Shadow Thief: Despite his elegant appearance, Shadow Thief came from a poor background. He gained his powers via his connection to the Umbra Zone, which is granted to a user from a lunar eclipse. Before becoming Shadow Thief, he was trained by a different person who also had a connection to the Umbra Zone (which is a cosmic zone of darkness personified by the moon in my story's lore).
