Yeah you don’t wanna retwist them too often. The way I did it was once a month for the first 3 months. Then once every 2 months for the next 6 months. After that I just got a retwist whenever I felt like it was time. Me personally I hated getting retwist, I like the full look of the dreads ion like scalp showing.
