Sober from meth , benzos and opioids one year I’d suggest going on methadone tell you’re primary doctor (not a psychiatrist doctor) that you’re coming off opioids and they’ll likely prescribe you something I’ve had doctors put my friends on Ativan for withdrawals come off slowly it’s normal for you to relapse at first just keep in mind you’re trying to sober up
Methadone for 120mg DHC per day - which is probably 60mg per dose if that, for a few weeks of use? Awful advice. I was using 1,500mg DHC per DOSE and my addiction doctor still told me methadone would be like a sledgehammer. At this low a dose, it's far more preferable to just stop taking it and stay off. The withdrawal would be a week and done.
Sorry to hear you still haven't stopped this, OP. I will only repeat the advice I've given you many times - go to your local services and do the work with them to stay sober. You already cold turkeyed off a similar dose before so you know what it's going to be like. Nothing is going to prevent this cycle unless you work on your addictive behaviours and mental health though. The only way is through.

I see a comment say "try it again" but it's seemed to have disappeared? Still kinda new to Posting 😄
