My favourite pizza place in the whole of Dublin is Pi. There's one on George's St and another in Temple Bar.

To add to the others: Chinese food: taste of Hong Kong, bullet (both do HK style BBQ), m&l szechuan, mr lees charming noodle (braised beef noodle soup!!!) Ramen: Nomo (everything else is blasphemy) Kebab: Passion4Food, Reyna Pub food: Sheehans Pizza: bonobo and kodiak are also really up there, and they are nice bars, too! Thai: Full Moon Tacos / Burritos: Tacos Lupillo

Right now, the "best" food is probably Chapter 1 (consistently) or Bastible (depending on the day etc). Liath is up there too, but probably more for the experience than a guarantee of dishes you won't ever ever forget.
