I understand why it looks suspicious, but a Silicon Valley investor investing in one of the most traded companies tech companies by trading volume is a pretty mundane event. If you look at his trades that year he made trades in several FAANG companies. Without any proof of insider trading this is just a wealthy investor investing in some of the more popular stocks of our time.
Members of congress and their relatives just shouldn't be allowed to invest in individual stocks. Too much potential for insider trading (real or not).

There is a site dedicated to this. Most who copy her trades have made a lot of money. Of course she was cheating, but if you can follow her trade it's like information laundering, it's clean by the time you get it.
