I find going for a jog with headphones really helps enhance edibles. Whatever gets you to that euphoric amount but it my experience if I have too high dosage, then I am so stupid and can’t think, I just see weird images and noises. It’s not comfortable.
Can’t really predict anything 150-200mg might green you out, if 100mg did the job ok , try 120 but eat something with fats like peanut butter. In my experience the effects from edibles on how strong the high is goes by what I eat.
Maybe I’m old school but taking a break is t really an option. Just up the dosage. I’ve been smoking 20 years. About an ounce a week. Switched to edibles this year. Start the day with 20mg. Increase doses all day and snack on gummies in between. I take large chunks at lunch, about 60mg, 4pm about 100 mg, 6pm about 500-700mg. High all day and don’t even need to smoke anymore Of course your tolerance increase as with anything else. Just eat more! I try not to eat more than 1000mg in a single dose. Stepping up as the day goes in and starting low in the morning has done the trick
Have you noticed any side effects from that many mgs? What kind of edibles do you have? I’m tryna switch to edibles and I feel like I’m more foggy than usual afterwards

What foods have helped prolong/strengthen the high for you?
Most I ever did was 750mg (5feet even 138 lbs) and I had a blast. Normally I consume 100-200…
