You’re correct, OP, they’re undersized. My queen pod is about 0.5” shy of standard length and width. Because I found their mattress to be absolute garbage, I found a well-made queen mattress that is on the slightly thinner side and that made it possible to zip it on.
I am using the EightSleep mattress so it fits well. The mattress is of course smaller than a typical king 😆
