nope its not showing in my library. this is the 1st game i preorderd hence i dnt know if it will show. besides if i check on ps4 itself it mentioned i already owned it. the app only has text - only playable on ps5 but it u go to ps4 store itself you can find the game and no mention of ps5 exclusivity. you can also check other game like it takes two, essentially all ps4 games that have PS4 & PS5 in their text. those games i believe are like a bundle where compatibility is explcit i the game title. i know its confusing but i think its just how they bundled the game. the impt txt here is both digital version of ps4 and ps5 hence we both 2 versions. though technically game is not ps5 native i think, jst my speculation. so in short this has got to be related to compatibility on ps4/5.
My guy you have the ps5 version selected, which means it's only available on ps5, not on ps4 because we'll its the ps5 version. You also have the ps4 version
and there is no page for the ps4 version of the game. after purchasing “elden ring ps4 & ps5” all that shows up in my library is the ps5 edition of the game.
Are you checking on your ps4? If you think there's a problem get a refund now and wait to buy it until it actually comes out and buy it on the ps4. It has a free ps5 upgrade

Yeah thats what it seems to be implying so you ahould be fine if it doesn't work you can do what I suggested above, worse case scenario you might have to wait a day or two after release to play.
Thats very odd, So I know if you buy the game on last gen you get a next gen upgrade, so I would say its a bug or something of sorts, I would think you would fine tho because this game is for last gen as well. But if your really concerned you can cancel your pre order and buy a physical copy although you wont be able to play it right as it comes out. I would wait till the pre load date and see if it goes in your library on ps4 then, if it doesn't you can buy a physical copy or there might be a game code you can get.

Dude you can play it on 4 I also preordered and look at the countdown clock everyday. This game has been in development for so long that From wouldn't dare make it only playable on a system only a few people actually own
You can see it in your game library on PS4 with the countdown clock? I ordered the same edition as OP and am having the same problem. Shows up in my app as purchased but not on my PS4 library under purchases. Restore licenses didn’t help either. So, no countdown clock for me, at least not yet
That's odd because it's the same on both for me the app just doesn't do the countdown period for any game. I'm sure you'll be able to preload next Wednesday if not then contact Sony

I checked on the PsApp on mobile and it looks the same with "only available for ps5" and there's only two versions to choose from(standard or deluxe) with ps5 in the title but no ps4, however on cosole ps store the title is right, just sony with their glitchy bs mobile app they don't give a shit about

I called them and they told me not to worry about it. Once the game’s release date approaches, the game will appear in the PS4 library and we would be able to avail the Pre-Order benefits like Pre-Loading etc. They also told me to use the Restore Licenses option once the Pre-Load period starts.

You're viewing the PS5 version which is only playable on the PS5, if you view the PS4 version it will likely show that it works on both
