Save yourself headaches and just buy a quality (non plant or water washable based) resin - Siraya, etc. People buy the plant stuff thinking its “less bad” for you, but its still harmful in all the same ways. But with proper procedure, any resin can be used safely. Wear Nitrite gloves, make sure the room has decent ventilation, and if it doesn’t, wear a mask or respirator when you’re around it. Don’t spill any on your skin, and if you do, wash it off immediately. The reason I say all this is plant based and water washable resins are just a much bigger pain to print and come with their own unique quirks and downsides, while offering no real benefit over normal resin. As both a Mars 3 and Saturn 2 owner, finding a quality resin and getting your settings dialed in for your machine + environment and resin is the easiest way to get repeatable, quality prints.

I use the elagoo water washable Grey resin in my saturn 8k and have had good success. The recommended settings are printed on the bottle. I have not ventured to the plant based. I did a few days of research online and found all sorts of recommended settings for different manufacturers and resin chemicals. Charts of exposures and speeds. Then tested them out. I found that seeing my Z axis and filtering my resin for stray chunks of solids helps must.

Go to the Elegoo website, they have the resin settings for the Saturn 2 and just added the plant based resin..I just verified.

I know it isn't a straight answer, but [the Tableflip Foundry Cones of Calibration](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2ySL-Sw8QI) is probably the best method for testing your resin settings compared to the resin exposure stl I saw you were using. The downside is that it'll take approximately 30m to 1h per calibration cube, but it can really help you dial in the settings to perfection.
