A while back, I got a cell phone three times. Sent back twice, and the third time, tracked down the recipient. He was a senior citizen waiting for his government subsidized phone. Stuff happens. But, an obviously expensive item (likely fake) addressed to you is almost certainly a scam. I’ve read that some companies do this for in order to fake reviews. I’m sure there are people here who can tell you more than I. Bottom line, if you didn’t order it, you are not legally obligated to do anything else. (Or that was the law). Maybe others can chime in with more, in case my info is out of date.

Thanks that's really helpful!
You scored a free ring. Wear it, it'll be a great conversation piece.
I wish, it's too big and not my style, but definitely a conversation piece!
