If the seller will not issue a refund you may need to wait until the item ships, but if it arrives and obviously its not what you ordered you can open a case with Etsy for item not as described for a refund. This case will be handled by Etsy, not the seller, so at that point it won't matter what the seller wants.
Can you put up the Store link or item link? What’s the actual material? Plating can also be real gold or silver, but it wouldn’t be as high of a quality as say 14 karat. So what is the actual material listed?
At those prices they are most likely hollow and people might think they are too light to be real silver. It’s a common misconception that light jewelry means fake or plastic. Also, they might also think it’s fake because it tarnishes but real silver tarnishes, especially when it has been blackened. It’s completely up to you, but I think it’s worth the risk and I would get the Amazon test.
Yeah I was thinking the prices are a little too good. Tarnish isn’t an issue, but the material being something else would be. I spent 100$, so I hope I’m not getting ripped off. I’m prepared to give it a test though

https://www.etsy.com/shop/Otaku4Goods The one I bought was a ‘950 silver’ and when I messaged them about plating they said “100% made silver 950”

You can buy an “acid test” for silver on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc. It might be worth it for peace of mind.
Yeah if theres no way for me to get my refund, then thats probably what would come next. They will have to refund, if its fake right?

How do I contact Etsy about it? I only see an option to contact the seller for issues, and they are still refusing
Ignore the seller's nonsense and after a week an option to contact Etsy will appear. Etsy is pro seller and anti buyer
This may be a useless suggestion idk. Is there a way to cancel through your financial institution, perhaps?
