Dragoon Boots. They are pretty rare, bc ya can find them only in two chests in one dungeon, but they are totally useful for anyone with their 30 fire res.
My entry for this slot is Executioners Greataxe. It was my favourite weapon in my earlier runs when i used to grind maze of lambth.
Ps: Guys save uniques for the next row, thus far both of these items in this row have been uniques, ntm Itharak was also True neutral companion in the Ek: Companion alignment chart.

I've gotta say shaman boots are also just as useful and even rarer.

Then it should have been rare and unique/limited (btw only 2 executioner axes in the game)
