You’re going to roll your eyes when you read this, but all formations are good for H2H if you have the right players & team composition. 4/3/3 flat isn’t my preference(I’m odd. I prefer 4/3/3 D over holding), but again that’s just preference.

Yeah, you could use what formation the leaderboard formats are, but you won’t have their players to support it.
