I agree lol. pretty stupid but I had a academy player with lots of potential and was trying to give him some games for the season for his rating to go up so then he can go on load and camavinga come back bc AI system on fifa it’s stupid and wouldn’t play my academy player for such a low rating
what I tend to do, is start them in the first team and have their ratings go up next season when they’re high up already I loan them out give my other player a chance and rotate constantly until they both reach a high overall
Bro, When players reach such a high OVR, I delete their career, it's not realistic at all, I don't think anyone has surpassed Messi and Ronaldo, the maximum for me was 92 OVR
When starting a save, I used the FM style sim, so I can jump in, when I'm established (7 seasons onward, usually), I quick sim
And I tend to start with Derby County

In the current one I have Thiago Almada and a Benzema regen which I converted to RM as 98 rated players.
I feel that i’ve done a mix of both tbh, i’ve had 96 rodrygo,96 valverde and 95 musiala 94 wirtz and sold them it gets boring so I lower my standards and build academy players after currently in the works a 20 year old lw brazilian kid who’s rating is 85
How do you get them that high consistently? I’ve had a 96 hojlund and 94 garnacho after a couple seasons, but don’t know how to do it with defensive players
Not including rebuilds, Mainoo to a 92 (I don’t play CM very often)
Including rebuild, a Brazilian youth academy Left Winger to a 95 so far
I was trying to rebuild a team with just Brazilians and trying to win the World Cup, my players never got called up and I never got an offer, then I found out that the Brazil national team isn’t in FC24😭

In general, loaning them out works really well
Either loan them out, play them and have them score goals, or clean sheets for a defender.

irankunda is a cheat code in this game. jumps up at least 7 every season with few coaches. hits 99 pace pretty quickly as well

Why on earth do you have 43 players in your squad? You only need around 24/25 for a la Liga season. Wayy too many players
you’d be surprised they complain of being fatigued so much it’s annoying majority are academy players tho ready to go on loan
