they perform well, then they get good form, ratings increase faster, also i change the development plan from balanced, coz i dont need Disasi to shoot screamers from outside of the box, i find 2-3 options in development plan to upgrade stats that i need, sometimes i go to different position changes that for example gives me defending+physicality to cm etc

Bro send most of those guys on loan. I keep maybe 2-3 players in the reserve and just recall guys from loan if someone gets hurt. Squad is happy and they usually develop on loan

it is unrealistic, u cant call player back from loan before transfer window opens in real life, so i just give them lil bit of minutes throughout season and they are just fine with that

Honestly Nkunku works perfectly well at LW. In my opinion when I use Nkunku as a ST/CF/CAM doesn’t usually work for me but when I use him as a LW man he was cooking for me

nkunku is great all around but doesn't have that much pace for me, he is good everywhere but not on wings in my saves, and has a wonderful stats as cam, 30+ goal contributions both seasons in this save

First of all how you can manage all this players without getting fired every month for half of the squad in a bad mood? For the LW you can try Saelemakers from Ac Milan/Bologna but in the third season he’s quite old if you want younger option Matias Soule from Juventus/Frosinone he’s left footed and play as a RW but if I remember correctly he has 3* weak foot so you have to just up that but I tried him and his right foot was alright already in the first season

just give them some gametime when they are not happy, maybe attend extra press comferences before games, soule is interesting, will check him out

Nah mate imo more than 28 are TOO MUCH I tried to do this in another career my manager rating went orange after January and even if I renew all the contracts they’re still not happy, I cannot do this

i have 3 squads, first one is my main players, second one is good rotation options/prospects that often get playtime through cup or pre champions league games, 3rd squad is for critical rotation/carabao cup games, if I'm not planning to give player gametime - i am loaning him out, like i did with casadei, simple as that, maybe try bigger club, coz i had this issue with lincoln city where players just want to leave after not playing much even when i was already in the prem

tbf i only won 1 trophy (pl) in 2 seasons so maybe its not that good of a strategy

A good young player is Schelderup. It'll be dependent on how much he has developed tho. He's currently 84 rated for me 8yrs in. Tho seriously why is Palmer on the bench lol. Also Gallagher develops like crazy past his potential, he's 91 rated for me rn at Cardiff.
