What do you mean by enhanced?? Honestly I’m at a spot where I win matches 2 or 3 nil all the time (my team is stacked avg rating 85+) but when I try legendary I can’t even touch the ball.
Edit: I also use OS sliders
Mess with sliders to increase goalie abilities. Using other people’s sliders is an excellent jumping off point but don’t be afraid to tweak them further to tailor the game to your style or to lead to results you want
I tend to turn the GK sliders up to 100 for both teams. It just makes it slightly more believable. But sometimes I don't think I even notice a difference.
This is the best setup for me too. 7 or 8 mins is when stamina comes into play for me because my team doesnt press much but the counter attacks do take a lot out from the wingers. Longer halves make me use those counters more selectively.
That’s valid I just hate how often people get injured in fifa, I get it’s unrealistic but idc, I don’t ever find it fun with having my star player get injured. I get it’s lame though
I do 3 minute halves on Legendary. Some games I can score like 4 goals in the first half alone, some games I struggle to score 1 or 2 in the whole game.
I do 6 mins on world class and it’s such a vast range because against elite teams I can easily lose, but against 90% of the teams I score 6 goals in a half and it’s just boring. Maybe harder difficulty and shorter halves is the move
My problem with the difficulties is that legendary is way too stale for me, I can beat it pretty handily but it forces me to play a boring play-style to do it.
But yeah, world class is becoming too easy where I beat pretty much everyone.
The best way to improve difficulty but keep enjoyment is to stay on world class, as it's the most "fun" difficulty and look into tweaking sliders instead.
It takes a good while, but it can be pretty immersive. I also sim games to both add realism and randomness. I’ll usually play against teams above me (or top 6 if I’m in there) and knockouts (unless it’s a tier below or i’m up in the first leg). For simmed games, I only enter games if I’m down by one or tied before the 2nd half. Otherwise I quick sim the 2nd half.
I do 10 minutes. Play every game, no simming. A 5 season career takes a couple of months, maybe more. I usually get 4-5 careers in each game. I find it more immersive if I take my time.
I'm with you, I do the same thing. Way more immersive imo especially if you play the full 20 mins. I love that it takes forever, if I wanted to sim a bunch or play super quick halves I'd play FM.
Totally agree. I’ve played shorted halves before and I just find it a season is blasted through in a week, after a month or so, my original team is unrecognisable. I like to take my time and slowly build my side.
I don’t get simming. It’s by no means a criticism, Everyone should play the game whatever way is fun for them, but I just don’t see the point. I used to love FM, but I want to *play* as my new signings.
The more time, effort and thought I put into a career, the more immersive it becomes and ultimately the more satisfying. Regardless of game play, I’ve had the most fun on career modes over the last 2-3 years simply because I don’t have enough time to blast through multiple seasons quickly and I’ve been forced to play much slower.
4/5/6 mins on Legendary, I usually play longer halves for more important games like European matches and finals, but regularly play 4 for normal league games
Some of you play tiny Games wow lol doesn't that seem so unrealistic?
I play 8Min a half on League Games, 10 a half on Cup Games and 15 a half on Cup final Games.
Immersion.
for me, at least in fifa 22 old gen I use 4 min halves, slow game speed, legendary if I'm with a starting cac/low quality team and ultimate with a strong almost five star or better team in the league, sometimes I use sliders, sometimes don't, if I play EA FC which I don't bc my GPU doesnt support direct X 12(I will bc buya Asus Rog Ally this month, so I will buy EA FC at a keys site) but I played in a friend's house and he didn't use sliders and I'm happy with how the game play feel, maybe bc it's a high jump from fifa 22 old gen to EA FC new gen
TL;DR: 4 min halves, slow game speed, legendary with a weak team, ultimate with a strong one, sliders accordingly to what settings make you feel that the gameplay is better
6 min - world class
I up the minutes if I’m doing a strat that doesn’t press as much but my most recent is a high-press playing team so I’ve put it down
7 mins on Ultimate with sliders heavily tweaked in favor of AI. I have this weird fixation in having long extra time periods but that requires a lot of in game time wasting (which I do not have the desire to do). Tried increasing time per halves and I eventually stuck with 7 mins.
Minimal extra time periods (+1,+2) are not annoying and it usually gets intense for me (especially when game is close) during the 80-90 min mark. Game time isnt too long but not too short either. Never changed it ever since.
Legendary with sliders 8 minute halves. Except for matches that don’t mean anything like league games after I’ve won the title or group stage matches having already qualified then I play 4 minute halves. But I play every game.
Ultimate- 6 minutes, I might just not have a life but I find that over a season I can actually win quite easily on Ultimate, to the point that I have to use sliders to make the other team better and my team worse
World Class - 6 min halves
Same but I enhanced AI goalkeeper
Why have I never thought of this? Brilliant.
What do you mean by enhanced?? Honestly I’m at a spot where I win matches 2 or 3 nil all the time (my team is stacked avg rating 85+) but when I try legendary I can’t even touch the ball. Edit: I also use OS sliders

Legendary is not a skill issue, it is a playstyle issue. You have to play a specific playstyle to win
That explains a great deal, and it's stupid as fuck to make the game like that.
Is that a mod or vanilla?
Vanilla. I use basic sliders with ai goalkeeper at 75
I tend to turn the GK sliders up to 100 for both teams. It just makes it slightly more believable. But sometimes I don't think I even notice a difference.
Does it fuck up your players ratings having like 10 shots and not scoring a goal? Or is “shot on target” a positive
I think it makes it more realistic for me cause irl there's like 15 shots for 1 or 2 goals. And yeah, on target is a positive.
Same
Same
same but with OS sliders. just google "FC 24 OS sliders" and go to the forum post first page, I just use World Class Shorter Halves from the table.
5
8 minutes, legendary with sliders

4 minutes, legendary with sliders.
Same, but the only sliders I touch is turning off injuries, as of now at least.
Really? I work with injury frequency on 80% and severity on 30% on both ends. Just bc i went 1,5 seasons without one and it broke immersion
Can you tell me your exact sliders for 4 min halves? I use 3 mins ultimate and need it to be more difficult
Thought 4 was the shortest half length allowed??
they changed it
Wooooah! Holy fuck I might need to try 3
3 min is enough time for a game.
Didn’t know they changed it
I do 6 mins on world class and it’s such a vast range because against elite teams I can easily lose, but against 90% of the teams I score 6 goals in a half and it’s just boring. Maybe harder difficulty and shorter halves is the move

10 min - World Class, OS Sliders, Slow Pace
Same but 8 minutes
10 minutes, slow speed, legendary, sliders, full manual
And I thought I had time to kill!
I just play one or two matches a day haha
This is also the best way for me
Legendary - 6 minutes
world class -6 minutes could go 8 minutes but meh i feel deep in the zone with 6
10 mins; World Class with OS Sliders
How much time do you take to complete one save man. Probably a whole lifetime, or do you have ample time.
It takes a good while, but it can be pretty immersive. I also sim games to both add realism and randomness. lmaoooo what ? he is doing it right tbh , i would do 10 as well but i think my sweet spot is 8/9
5 minutes. Except for Ultimate Team I don't think I've tried another half length before.
4 min ultimate with sliders
usually 4 or 5
World Class, 6 minutes. Can't stand legendary, not because of the difficulty but the AI are unrealistically twisting and turning.
Used to stick with 6 but switched over to 7 minutes on legendary with custom sliders
5

4/5/6 mins on Legendary, I usually play longer halves for more important games like European matches and finals, but regularly play 4 for normal league games
5 minutes

5 minutes - ultimate no sliders
4 minutes, professional with sliders, and when I play a final I put 5 minutes per halve.
Legendary 6 Minutes and Broma18's sliders bc they're always quite solid

Some of you play tiny Games wow lol doesn't that seem so unrealistic? I play 8Min a half on League Games, 10 a half on Cup Games and 15 a half on Cup final Games. Immersion.
Some people can't manage longer games they'd concede too much maybe for them. You really do have to concentrate to not let in too many in long matches
WC - 5mins - OSC sliders
3 mins world class with sliders.
3 min world class. Might change to legendary depending on my first season

6 min - world class I up the minutes if I’m doing a strat that doesn’t press as much but my most recent is a high-press playing team so I’ve put it down

3 mins on ultimate
3 minutes, ultimate with competitor mode on
4-6mins is insane. I do 10 or 15. On legendary
World Class- 5 minutes but now u got me thinking about 4 mins ngl
6 min legendary gk ability slider at 70
7 mins on Ultimate with sliders heavily tweaked in favor of AI. I have this weird fixation in having long extra time periods but that requires a lot of in game time wasting (which I do not have the desire to do). Ultimate 4 minutes with the goalkeeper sliders turned up
3min halves legendary, no sliders
6min 7min or 8min or10min
3 or 4 on WC with sliders/legendary, depends on the game version and for keeping the score somewhat realistic
Ultimate- 6 minutes, I might just not have a life but I find that over a season I can actually win quite easily on Ultimate, to the point that I have to use sliders to make the other team better and my team worse
5
I do 15 mins with sliders and gameplay mods. Most realistic fifa I ever played (I’m still on 23). I also play on legendary doing a player career mode
6 mins ultimate with mods 🤷♂️
legendary 10 minutes but if im leading by 2 or 3 goals early on i just jump to result
Legend - 5 min. I also played with the sliders to make it even more challenging
4
