It's from a company called skin grows back. I saw them in stores when I was visiting Australia a couple years ago and they have my favorite latch design so far. I really want another one.
Yeah, they’re the best saddle bags for sure. I had the Silca BOA one, but it’s just marketing, the thing spilled my stuff over the road twice an the i lost with in it.
I really like the new version, but the QR rim brake version is just so simple to maintain and swap out parts on. I wish this one had a slightly higher bottom bracket but otherwise it's perfect
I would call that bike the answer to the problems the new nature cross created and the spiritual successor to what I own. Definitely a fan of the super pro
They won't, they changed the name of it and the Macho Man to be more inclusive. The Gorilla Monsoon (also named after a male wrassler) stays though
Anyways, here's mine. [Free Joe Exotic!](https://i.imgur.com/DEzu7kr.jpg?1)
Ive said this before about other bikes I've sold, but I really expect to ride this one into the ground. If I could only have one bike it'd be something like this probably with an extra internal gear hub wheel.
I believe it, and I hope you do. The purp Natureboy is definitely my favorite NB colorway, with the one I actually own a distant second. Getting a secondary internal hub wheel would be great too, looked into doing such a thing a while back with mine
I'm pretty sure there are some aftermarket nuts you could use to swap in place of the old ones that allow you to use something like an Alfine hub in a 130mm old frame. There's likely a couple Sturmey Archer hubs that support it natively too.
Additionally, you could just yolo a wheel in. It's only a 2.5mm difference on either side and it's a steel frame, wouldn't be that big a deal.
I really want to put a gangsta track fork on this but the Easton fork is too good not to use. It's seriously incredible and I consider myself lucky to have one.
It's super light and super tough. The inside of the steerer tube has carbon threads that hold a special type of star nut so you don't have to worry about a compression plug. Plus it sill has fender mounts so it's perfect for gravel or commuting. It was $500 new and I got it second hand, but completely unused for like $200 (I honestly don't remember)
Whatsup Jehu didn’t notice that was you! Yeah, still by far my most photogenic bike haha. I actually got a severe back injury and can’t race anymore so thought of selling it but decided I’d never get enough to dampen the emotional loss, so it’s hanging in the garage right now!
Ha! I actually do still ride on the good days, just can’t train like I used to and can’t work rn so I’m staying with some family. They live in the boonies so it’s mainly shelved until I can get somewhere with more asphalt. I’ve got my Kilo WT setup as a SSCX machine tho, and the trails out here are pretty unbeatable so that’s kept me riding!
This isn't the biggest bike I've owned but it's close. It's pretty much the perfect size for someone my height. I can't get the kind of body position I'd want for things like track racing, but in ten years I'll be really happy to have the 210mm headtube lol
I have the same frame. She’s been my workhorse since like 2015. Never getting rid of her, though I am gonna convert back to gravel tires and freewheel maybe
Highly recommend both of those things. I'm probably going to switch to 35mm marathons after these give out, but I'll always have a set of dirt tires for it
The colours pop, and the bike looks super comfy. What saddle bag is that?

I don’t need it, but I must have it.
That’s the story of most of my bike related purchases.

Really wish All-City would bring back that Nature Boy. The new version is too fancy pants. Give us what we want! Pure street cyclo!

Doesn’t new one have a funky chain tensioner too?
It uses an eccentric bottom bracket. Definitely not as simple as fork ends
I've never seen it in person, but the dropouts always looked nice in photo. Robust and simple design with built in tensioners.
what size?
Whatever the largest one was. I think 61
They have a "race" bike but I think the "super professional" fills the same niche as this bike
I would call that bike the answer to the problems the new nature cross created and the spiritual successor to what I own. Definitely a fan of the super pro
That is a nice frame. Only request I would want is holes for caliper brakes. I ride fixed w/ brakes, but find disc brakes harder to maintain.

dude I love that you've kept and ridden this bike around, definitely one of the coolest tAll City Nature Boys.

I was surprised how few of them are 130mm old. I was hoping to find a rohloff, but I think they're all 135

I think I'm going to end up yoloing a wheel in, but I'd still rather not. I should get back to researching that
The fork goes wild on this build!

Fancy boi with the Paul brakes 😩🤌🏼
Worth every penny!
All~City, Ritchey, EC90.. this is like a brother from another mother, nice.
Do you still have the thunderdome?

Damn dude I'm sorry to hear that. Can I buy you a set of ape hangers so you can ride it again?

I'm glad you're still at it in some capacity. Trail riding on a bike like has become my favorite type of riding.
I’m enjoying you enjoying your setup bb ༼ つ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° ༽つ
I have tentative plans to visit socal in August that I need to hit you up about
Good lord, are you 8’ tall?! That head tube is ginormous.

This bike is such a great representation of function, class, and darn right fun!

SHES A LOOKER
Hey! That’s a pretty neat bike you got there! Woodride/10
This bike parties
Man this looks like fun. You got the wheels set up tubeless?
Yes!
Big frames are cool
Hey, OP 🖐 *LOVE* your bike, man! It's been 3yrs now - do you still have it? What changes/upgrades since? If so, how about a recent photo? 😎

It's from the most recent aarn release
Why do you run a front and rear brake?
Because I have a freewheel on the other side
