I think it’s a combo of very bad defense and sub par goaltending. Lyon, Knight and Bob all took turns looking really bad last year. We throw a lot at forechecking and if our defensemen aren’t on top of their game, it bites us frequently. That’s my take on it anyways. Also with defense constantly pinching the offense has to cover and sometimes they get lazy

I’ll give you the 3rd one maybe but the first 2 are getting by most goalies. 1st was a blocked shot that dropped to an open man in the low slot who one-timed it to the top corner. Nothing stolarz could do. 2nd they passed to a guy skating straight down the center of the slot with no defenders near him. 3rd Hall got by our defender, but we did push him off to the side some. Still coming in alone with a lot of speed.
I find it hard to believe they would be letting him play this early in the season if he was still hurt. It has to be a mental thing. I hope they’re working on it.
