One by Land Two by Sea - I think their last reservation is 9:30 pm. If you were still eating you could probably stay to 11 pm without a problem but if you don't want to feel rushed and prefer places open later that's understandable...
Cipriani Downtown closes around 1130 pm
Balthazar is open until midnight.
Blue Ribbon Brasserie is open really late (2 am I think but it's not as upscale in terms of atmosphere)
