Looks very nice I just wish that insignia on the cape was there or atleast changeable with the color palettes. Looks so odd especially on skin for some characters. Looks great though!
How? Emblems in general look out of place on armor, and it's really difficult to make them work, since Ubi still did not give us the ability to remove borders. And flag colors don't fit with the lapis blue with the rest of the outfit
Looks nice. I would recommend making the sword blade only natural metal colors but keeping those cool sapphire in the handle, see how you feel about it.
I really like blue for alot of my heroes but it's interesting you used Warmonger as your example since she's one of the few I think Cinnabar works best, the dark blood red works well and I like the bonus of blood hiding on it

I think you utilized really cool pieces. One of my Warmongers literally uses the inverse of your arms and chest. I use the Chimera Propheta chest and the Confulgeo arms.
I think the outfit would work better without the emblem. Its not that i have anything against the Flag itself i just think it doesnt fit with the rest. Overall 7/10

Blue isnt really warmongers thing tbh, but I still like this one and think it looks pretty solid

Armor looks sick, but it’s too much blue with the sword and I’m not a fan of the black and blue on the cape.
That material color always reminds me of Bud Light, but besides that it's a solid WM. Nice emblem too!
