Same issue here. No resolution and I see it across multiple cars and classes.

Just started noticing this, from what I can tell there are sections of the road where it looks like there are pot holes in the road and those areas don't give you points

I submitted a ticket to add to the ever growing list of bugs. Maybe one day it will get fixed...
