The wording of the question will influence the answers. Just too bad they didn't do a "poll" (ie referendum) at the time of their last municipal election.

Nanalily

They polled 505 people...that's it. That low of a number has zero statistical significance

LoadErRor1983

Not zero, but not great either. They'd need about 2,400 for it to be statistically significant in Surrey.

Old-Individual1732

BCNDP going to lose votes in surrey,

edward_vi

With the split on the right do they really care?

Dultsboi

There’s like a tiny minority that actually cares about the RCMP issue, and most people have realized just how insane and stupid Brenda is.

illuminaughty1973

worst mayor ever.

HARDCOR3_HERO

We said that about the last one….

villagewoman

Either police force will do their best The problem is the government dictators. Democracy is non existent here The mayor was voted in on her platform Province says, does not matter, big brother knows best

HARDCOR3_HERO

Fair point but that election was about more than just policing. If she truly had the voice of the ppl she would do a referendum. But she knows it wont pass.

slowdaygames

Sounds similar to the “poll” the previous mayor conducted to garner support for the new police force. Statistically insignificant and biased.
