How my first job at a Pizza restaurant was told to name itself. Though they were told to just get an A at the beginning, so A&V Pizza was still close to the head of the list.

I always remember the businesses , lots of plumbers, that had that christian fish symbol on their ad. That was a sign to me they would try and rip me off

I remember just sticking to the same local pizza chain and never branching out, lol. It also helped that I used to actually remember phone numbers, other than mine, so that's the pizza place I always called. Couldn't beat the phonebook. Got one every year up until like 2009/2010.

And dont forget the white pages lol

Nope. Always had the preferred pizza places menus on hand. I can count on one hand the number of times I had a use for a phonebook aside from destroying my snowblower.

Then looking at a street map to find out how to get there.

I hated doing this like at the beach or somewhere like that especially in a part of the country not really well known for decent pizza. I don’t think I ever landed on a good one.

I still call in my order for pick up or walk in order ..they know Friday 4 pm Im ordering meatball pie with onions peppers and mushrooms ..usually hit the grocery store for a case of beer while I wait
