On the topic of Guy songs, I always found this interesting:

Not saying one knew of the other, just an interesting coincidence of opening lines to songs released fairly close together, both mentioning jets and stained glass…
Strangelight as mentioned by another is Guy at his most tuneful imo.
My favorite is probably the spoken bits of Fell, Destroyed ("You will sleep forever, you will never sleep again") along with the pretty croon out of nowhere in the second verse
I've always loved Guy's writing, he's really a brilliant lyricist
Right now I can't stop listening to Latin Roots and Nice New Outfit - I just found out what Nice New Outfit is about 32 years after discovering Fugazi but listening to an interview with Guy on YouTube. I thought it was an anti-fur song!
